We provide either a full day workshop (9.30-5.30pm) which includes practical sessions and group work covering the following:

Recruitment Essentials – key aspects of effective recruitment processes and the law.

Overview of Absence Management procedure – looking at managing staff absence.

Overview of performance management and how to manage underperforming staff.

Overview of disciplinary & grievance – understanding the complete process, including investigations.

Overview of the Appraisal process – do’s and don’ts for an effective process.

Overview of family friendly procedures – including maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental leave and pay

Alternatively, we can provide 2 half day sessions (1.30-4.30pm) covering 3 of the above topics in each session
