Half-day PM - Managing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

Thurs 28th October 2021:

Half-day AM session - Change Management

Half-day PM - Contributing to Effective Meetings

The arrangement of the above schedule may change but the topics will remain the same.

About these courses

These workshops are specifically designed to meet the needs of practice staff. The workshops are inclusive, friendly and interactive giving you a chance to share your own work experiences. You will gain practical knowledge and skills you can use as soon as you get back to work. They’re ideal as new learning or as a refresher.

Cancellations

To cancel a place on a course, please give as much notice as possible, a minimum of 7 days notice is expected to be provided to avoid absence being marked as a DNA (did not attend). Please also consider an alternative representative of your team attending in your place.
