ILM Level 3 Leadership Course - 5 virtual sessions

We will be running a ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management course, this will be 5 sessions from February – June on the following dates 21st February, 28th March, 25th April, 16th May and 20th June these sessions will run from 9.30am – 4.30pm. This course will be aimed at reception and admin staff, this would include team leaders, reception leads, senior admin and low-level management.

The ILM Level 3 Certificate n Leadership and Management is specially designed to give learners a solid foundation in their formal development.

The qualification provides 15 credits and is run over five days. It covers the following topics:

•Understanding Leadership

•Understanding how to establish an effective team

•Solving problems and making decisions

•Understanding Innovation and Change

•Planning Change in the Workplace

•Understanding Training and Coaching

•Developing yourself and Others

•Understanding the Communication process

The workshops offer an opportunity to learn the theory, assess own knowledge and skills, reflect on practice and share ideas with others, whilst the assignments provide a way to look at applying the theory to the workplace and consolidate the learning.

The programme is accredited through three assignments which focus on the application of learning theory to each individual’sworkplace. Attendance at all workshops is mandatory.
