Language is a reflection of thinking. By developing a working knowledge and clear understanding of the key terminology of equality, diversity and inclusion at work we can help people to think differently about diversity.

UNDERSTAND THE LAW:

Recognise the importance of legal and ethical practices relating to equality, diversity and inclusion.

There is strong business case for getting diversity right at work, for employees and for customers. Define the scope of your role when challenging Discrimination and Harassment at work.
