About this event

This course will focus on the caring key question, explaining

how organisations can demonstrate to CQC that they

are compliant with the six key lines of enquiry (KLOEs)

associated with this key question:

Objectives:

• How does the service ensure that people are treated with

kindness, respect and compassion, and that they are given

emotional support when needed?

• How does the service support people to express their

views and be actively involved in making decisions about

their care, treatment and support as far as possible?

• How are people’s privacy and dignity respected and

promoted?
